Analisis de los teams mas relevantes en el WDC

here are my ratings for the teams post-WDC:

Ehome

Rating: A+ down from S.
Reason: Ehome is no longer unbeatable, and must reflect on why their play has become so stagnant that other teams could craft line-ups to specifically counter it.

Nirvana.cn

Rating: A+ up from A-
Reason: Nirvana.cn playing the best games of their lives. For the first time in many months, they are consistently dominating other top teams.

DTS

Rating: A+ same as before
Reason: DTS still deserves the A+ rating I assigned them, and now there's no S-class Ehome looming over them.

Deity

Rating: A
Reason: Deity is a new team, and yet has already demonstrated impressive results. Their team play and individual skills are both top-notch. What they need to do is improve on those picks and learn how/when to pick Enigma.

Aeon.MUFC

Ratnig: A up from A-
Reason: MUFC played well, and by their results you could say that they're almost an A+ team. However, the play demonstrated in MUFC's games vs. DTS was not really that impressive - they made many mistakes not expected from a top team. Still, MUFC had a good run, beating fellow Malaysians Nirvana.my and taking games from DTS. These guys have potential, and may be Malaysian's next generation power team.

LGD

Rating: A- same as before
Reason: LGD has not proven that the addition of 830 has drastically improved their play. They still get outpicked, even with 2009's help. LGD has a lot to prove in SMM.

Nirvana.my

Rating: A- down from A+
Reason: Nirvana.my did not really play to their potential this tournament, and after the loss to LGD their play became even worse. In the vs. MUFC games they just looked lost - not like a team but as a group of top players each doing their own thing. Lack of training, health status, etc. may help explain this.

Roccat.Trust

Rating: A- up from B+
Reason: Trust proved themselves this tournament. People were writing them off before, saying that they won't pass the group stage, etc., and yet Trust managed to take a game off Nirvana.cn and come out #1 in their group. True, they got 2-0'd by Deity, but still, this is pretty good performance.

MYM

Rating: A-/B+ down from A-
Reason: A- if we consider that they played with a standin. B+ based on their plays with that standin. Really, it's not possible to rate MYM because of the standin issue.

Dream

Rating: A-/B+ down from A
Reason: Dream underperformed this tournament. No other way of saying it. They proved their doubters true that the ROTK results aren't representative of their general standing, and really only got out of the group stage because of a time rating win over DK (which DK did not even know about). They were summarily executed by Nirvana.cn despite a decent early game in Game 1.

DK

Rating: A-/B+ up from B+
Reason: DK got zero publicity the entire tournament. We weren't shown a single one of their games. This is unfortunate, because they are a good team with an entertaining style of play, and only got eliminated because of a time rating loss to Dream which they didn't know about. They even beat Deity. All in all, DK got gipped.

TR

Rating: A-/B+ down from A-
Reason: Another standin and health issue (Pgg hospitalized right before the tournament, and then hospitalized again in China after TR lost). TR really failed to accomplish much of anything this tournament, and unlike Mym, and certainly unlike DTS, TR's play did not seem all that interesting. TR fans can fall back on the standin and health issues though, as they no doubt had an effect on TR's form.
